Michael C. Williamson – Team Leader
After spending 8 years racing Ironman Triathlons at the elite level, I have taken that same dedication and applied it to my Real Estate career. I initially joined the Zeleznak Group four years ago, working exclusively in the commercial arena, selling over 140,000 square feet of Professional Office Condominiums. Currently, I head up the Resale division for the The Zeleznak Group.  As Team Leader, I am always looking for new ways to improve the level of service we offer our Buyers, Sellers and Investors.  In addition to my passion for Real Estate, I also enjoy golfing, physical exercise and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kathy Goeld
After a successful career as a teacher, Kathy obtained her Arizona Real Estate license in 2004. Having lived here for 14 years, Kathy really understands the "ins and outs" of the Phoenix real estate market. She has sold property and helped buyers find their Dream Homes, in virtually every corner of the Valley of the Sun. Beyond that, Kathy brings a special sense of "style" to her work. She has lived all over the world-including six years in Hong Kong and three years in the United Kingdom-and that broad experience helps her advise clients. Kathy believes in providing excellent customer service, and staying in constant touch with her clients. "Satisfaction" is when Kathy delivers the keys to her client's Dream Home, second home, or investment property. Kathy has three adult children, and lives in Scottsdalewith her husband, Rick.

Cassie McClenaghan – Transaction Coordinator
Cassie joined the Resale Team after working seven years in the Insurance industry. Desiring to take her career to the next level, Cassie acquired her Real Estate license in 2005. The transition from Insurance to Real Estate was very easy because she understands the sense of urgency demanded by her clients and the task at hand. She assists the Resale Team with Transaction Coordination, as well as the daily communication and follow-up between the client and other key players in the transaction. Born and raised in Phoenix, she is married and has four bonus-children, involved in her church, and enjoys outdoor activities - anything off the beaten path. She is very driven and determined to go the extra mile to be successful!
