Larry Kamins
Larry has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 28 years and exclusively in the new home field since 1994. He is currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Arizona, Nevada and California. He began his real estate career in Southern California in 1978 as an owner of a large franchised Real Estate company with locations in Palm Desert and La Quinta. While working in Southern California he held the following positions: President of the Palm Desert/Palm Springs Board of Realtors, member of a number of committees for the CA Association of Realtors, Director of CA Association of Realtors for 5 years and delegate to the National Association of Realtors for 3 years. Larry relocated to Nevada in 1996 to serve as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a top ten builder. He developed a new home contingency & rebate program for a number of builders in the Nevada market that is still being used by various builders in both Nevada and Arizona. Larry joined The Zeleznak Group in February of 2004 as manager of the new home sales division.

DeeAnn Mooney
DeeAnn has 15 years of experience in medical records and medical claims processing for Blue Cross Blue Shield. DeeAnn has a passion for real estate. After buying and selling 22 personal homes DeeAnn decided to become a real estate agent. DeeAnn Mooney has been a realtor for 14 years. Experience includes: sales, transaction coordination, and team management in both new and resale home markets. All real estate teams that she has been involved with have achieved record goals. Record years include 320+ transactions, being named #1 Real Estate group in nation with Keller Williams Realty four of the last five years, and overseeing transactions in excess of 9 Million GCI in the last year.
